My RAM usage is always way too high.

It was never always like this. It has been up in the 80's through 90's, and as high up to 99% used and I'm not sure why since I barely have anything open. I can even restart my PC and it will go back up to high percentages within 5 minutes. I am using the G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB). I even looked at my task manager and it seems like my internet browser is taking up alot (I use FireFox) and I could only have like 3 tabs open. This is stressing me out.

Hey! I would be happy to help you, but need to know a couple of things before you start. What motherboard are you using, and what frequency is your memory running at? Also, what cpu, and is it overclocked? Go to task manager, and then processes, and kill whatever you do not need. Worst case scenario, you run memtest and there is an error, and then you need rma it, but if that was the issue, your pc wouldn't work at all. Click the windows key and type in "uninstall a program" and then go ahead and uninstall anything you don't need. Your memory might also be installed in the wrong slots.

What you describe looks like software problem. Some program or possibly virus is taking all your memory. Try to monitor ram usage in resource monitor or task manager. Also try to run antivirus scan but with high memory usage it may be hard to complete one.
