Doesn't want to boot after bad OC

I have Gigabyte ga-z68x-ud3h-b3 and i5-2500k proc and it doesn't want to boot after OC, I tried resetting CMOS couple of time but it just shows up gigabyte logo and shuts down but ti attempt to boot again and always fail, tried changing the SSD and RAM but still doesn't work

Try holding the delete key down when boot up starts.

I just tried that and still no luck, will I need to change the motherboard?

Kind of looks like the MB died. RMA it.

You could try booting with just one stick of memory. Try each slot like that. Slight chance it is a bad CPU.

Try unplugging everything from the MB and take the battery out for 10 - 15 mins. Install the battery back and then see?

Still no luck, how would I know if the mobo or proc is damaged? I tried testing ram on different PC and it works

You would need another CPU to install and see if the problem goes away or not.
