The color on the display of my wife's g71-447us laptop is distorted. Colors don't display properly but text and graphics generally look correct. It got worse after a few knocks and jolts. Before I bring it to my local repair guy, I wanted to trouble shoot it. I read that a loose cable or inverter connection can cause this. Can anyone advise me on how to remove the plastic frame around the screen to check? I can unsnap the upper corners but that's it. I can't find any screws to remove.
