help deciding between computer builds

Hi, so I have created two computer build but I don't know which will work better. What I need it for:
1. Computer coding html, css, JS, java, c#
2. Video game creation with, unity 3D, and UDK
3. Gaming I spend about 20 to 30 hours a week gaming so I need my PC to have some real stamina
The two builds

Build 1:

I would go with the second one because of the SSD hybrid. I have a straight SSD and the performance is like night and day from a conventional drive but the hybrid gives you the best of both world. The MB is a toss up but can't speak much on MSI but the Gigabyte will always do just from my experience.
