So I put my PC to hibernate, and I just turned it on and it said "Reboot and select proper boot device". When it was in hibernation, I attached a case speaker to one of the headers. Could this be the problem? Everything is starting up, but it just goes to that screen. I can't go into BIOS since I have "MSI Fastboot" enabled, which completely bypasses that screen. Plus, all of my USB ports aren't working, even the ones in front of my case. Should I just reseat everything?

SPECS:
MOBO:MSI 970A-G43
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: HIS Radeon 7790
PSU: Corsair CX600M

Solution
You can reset the CMOS to disable fastboot or you can unplug your HDs and turn on your computer to get into the BIOS and disable fastboot from there.
