I was looking at these two and I don't know which one is better.

1.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

2.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also which one of these power supplies is better? They both run continuous at 50 degrees Celsius and they both have a five year warranty.

I would say the number 2.) set of ram, the difference between the two is the Timing and the Mhz. You can mess with the timing on the RAM and I kinda think its easier to do that than to get the RAM to work properly at an Overclocked speed.

From my personal experience, I would go with the Cosair in a heart beat. The SeaSonic has slighty better efficiency but overall...I like Cosair better than SeaSonic.
