Having trouble with my Dell XPS 8700

Hi guys,

First of all , i just want to notice you that i'm not english , so it will probably be broken terms or word.
I just bought a Dell PC ( yeah i know , im stupid), i have a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB and a power supply of 700 W on my old PC. When im trying to change the Graphic card, im having a black screen on my screen and the Pc seems to just not detected it. I goes to a informatic shop and they try different kind of power supply and they still got the same black screen of me. So im trying to get some helps from here !

Yeah i know and i tried it , I used the connector with all of the power supply we tried and that still now working. i have also tried to keep the power supply but i have the same problems , the Graphic cards still working on other computer but not with the DELL
