Good cpu cooler for Chaser Mk-1

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a good cpu cooler for my Chaser Mk-1 case.
The cpu is an AMD FX 8320 and I'd like to stream games on this for my friends.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I recently used Cooler Master Seidon 120XL and found that it was not cooling my cpu as well as I had hoped.

200 x 200 x 30 mm Colorshift fan x 1
140 x 140 x 25 mm TurboFan, 1000rpm
200 x 200 x 30 mm Colorshift fan x 1 (600~800rpm, 13~15 dBA)

Currently

I'd like to go liquid cooled, but whatever would keep my cpu the coolest would be best.

The seidon was hitting tempurates of about 65C while streaming, which is why I was planning on switching to something a bit beefier.
