Lots of minecraft mods run like shit because it runs in java , i even have lagg something and my pc is a lot better.
You could try downloading the latest java (64-bit if your OS is 64-bit)

Minecraft is a cpu-heavy game, and the direwolf20 pack has a LOT of mods. I'm not too familiar with those cpus you have but i'm guessing it isn't strong enough for that pack. Try another lighter mod pack - if it runs fine you have your answer.

You have an APU, which is a pretty weak CPU. It's fine for office work if you don't do anything 3d, but its not meant for gaming.
