A very good 650W psu:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It is tier 2 but tier 1 might be too expensive and is 1000+ watt most of the times.
The unit is manufactured by Seasonic=one of thebest PSU brands.

What is available there? Do you have any online sites? It's very hard to get high-end branded PC components here. Market is too small to sell gaming or high-end workstation PC here. But seller can provide when customer orders a PC but that's too expensive cause of airport custom and taxes and seller's high profit margin. That's why I told my friend to bring some components from US in his arrival.

XFX PRO650W Core Edition 80+ Bronze
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0045L5LGI/?tag=pcpapi-20
http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...
It's got 2 6-pin and 2 (6+2)-pin PCIe connectors. So you can SLI in future.

okay here it is(You should stretch you budget to buy a good SLI certified PSU):
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g...
for the TX650V2-you would have to use the molex adapters if you do SLI in future.

Well i'm not planning to do SLI, u do.However, the 4+45 pins is the cpu connector.
As chimera201(thnx for giving the specs) has said, it has four 6+2 pins, then what are you waiting for? It would do nice.
Oh,sorry sourodip. Perhaps chimera201 was right. actually there was some confusing specs sheet in the website I was checking for

But I found Corsair 750W PSU $10 less expensive than Corsair 650W in microcenter.com. So i would like to go with 750W. Affordable and more capacity too.
Exact model number?
Edit : I hate when OP chooses an answer that is not the best answer
