Hey guys,
I got a problem with my Turtlebeach Z22 headset. It used to work fine until I got a new laptop. My speakers work fine its just the mic/chat. I can hear the auto playback through the mic but other people cant hear me in chat. Ive tried everything, looking at other threads, restart my pc, reinstalling the device but it doesnt fix it.
When I try to set my mic as the default mic, it doesnt pop up either
I've got a MSI Ge70 gaming laptop, windows 8, gtx860m, intel core i7, 8Gb ram.
When I go into control panel > hardware and sound > devices, my headset shows up but it tells me "Turtle beach Z22 Chat has a driver problem". Do I need to reinstall the driver? I cant find anything on the turtle beach website. Do I need to reinstall the chat driver? If so, how?
Any help would be appreciated
