my inverter ups is not charging

sir , my inveter is kelvion company and since yester day it is giving a beef sound and not charging even after changing the fuse which is found burn.
what can i do.

He must have meant ‘beep’ sound. Anyway about UPS, if it is not charging most probably battery is dead and may be replacement battery will make it working. But as you mentioned about a burned fuse, it is recommended to inspect the circuit board as well by an expert. Sometimes it can happen with UPS systems, staticon , Scarborough, Ontario. I suggest inspecting the board before replacing the battery in your case.
