wtf help pls?

i have restarted my pc, and now i come back into windows and its not detecting ram nor cpu, stuck in win classic theme, and no net connection. what do i do? what happend? cpuid is detecting all the stuff that it needs to detect.
edit : i tried uninstalling a program, comes up with a message : windows installer service could not be accessed. ...

You are obviously in save mode. Try to restart again and follow the instructions to repair the installation. But backup your personal data first! It might be a bigger problem.

and this happened not after the new install, windows was running smoothly for at least 6 months

The un-install might have damaged or un-installed a windows file by mistake? You may want to run an error check on your harddrive as well: right click on c, goto properties / tools and start the check. It needs a reboot to check the c drive.
