So I've been having this problem where Windows 7 freezes during boot when I put my other stick of memory in... The memory is a 2x4Gb kit of Gskill Sniper 2133Mhz RAM. I can get into the BIOS just fine to make changes, but whenever I try to boot Windows 7 (Pro 64bit), it freezes when the Windows logo appears. Everything works just fine with only one of the sticks in.
System specs:
AMD A10-7700K,
Asus A55BM-A/USB3
Gskill Sniper 8Gb 2133
WD 1Tb Green

I would rather not take out the working dimm, because I would have to take off the CPU cooler, which is not an easy task in my case.
The memory is still under warranty from Gskill.
Thanks for you help!

Solution
well, you could take a chance that the second stick is bad and it probably is or you could pull the cooler and swap sticks to be sure.if the cooler is that difficult to remove i would rma the second stick of ram and see what happens.
