I face the red screen of death. What should I do ?

Hello,
I just bought a new computer and when ever I play any computer games, after a few minutes a red screen appears and the system crashes and restarts. I think it has something to do with the graphics card. What should I do to fix it ? My system specks are

8 GB RAM
2.4 Ghz intel i7
AMD Radeon 7670M

I was not facing this problem for the first 3-4 months, after that its been happening every time.

Could you go into more detail about what you are doing prior to the red screen?

What I suggest is using your computer without playing games and see if it still shuts down. That should give me a better understanding of what is happening.
