Hi I've got a Lenovo C345 Windows 8 All-in-one PC & I've also got a separate Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 which I dropped on the floor accidentally & which is making a clicking noise on its Actuator Arm when I put it in my WinStars Sata Hard Drive Docking Station Combo & plug it in & connect it to the Computer. I've took it to so many places to try & be fixed but I really need my important data from this drive that clicks. Please please help me

Solution
all you can do now is send it int oa data recovery lab before more of the platter is damaged from the bent arm. they may be able to replace the arm on the drive and or recover your data.

The 7200.11 is designed to retract its heads away from the platters when the power is off or it detects excessive shock. However when running, it may not retract the heads quickly enough when shock is detected.

You most likely need a data recovery company that can transplant the drive's platters into another identical model drive. See HDDguru.com forums for more information and referrals.
