first of all i dont know if this is the right forum to post this at so im sorry.
now with this out of the way let me begin,
So im planing on buying a new gaming computer in about two weeks from today, i built my own rig but im not sure how good it is, to be honest im not even sure if all the componnents match each other and are able to work togather.
Any way i need this computer to run most of the new games on high settings with good fps for about two years ( in two years im going to join the army so i wont have alot of time with my pc) and i am planing to Overclock both the GPU and CPU.
this is the rig i came out with(with some notes):

CPU: i know about the devils canyon and broadwell but since intel are not giving us any REAL release dates or any information at all, i dont know if it's worth the wait.
Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4Ghz (3.8Ghz Turbo) LGA1150 Tray

CPU Fan: personally i was going to go with the mugen 4 but this store didnt have it.
Scythe MUGEN 3 REV B

MotherBoard: ok so this store only had gigabyte Z97 MOBOS so even though i wanted the ASUS z97-A i had to go with gigabyte, in my price range there was this one and the Z97X-UD3H with 1 dollar diffrance in price.
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5

Case: i kinda like the way it looks but i chose it mostly becouse it came in a bundle with a decent PSU + i read some good reviews about this case.
NZXT Phantom 410 Black

PSU: as i said it comes with the case at a very low price, personally i was going to go with SeaSonic and 750W but there was no bundle with more then 650W and buying the PSU and case each alone is just too expensive for me.
FSP RAIDER 650W

RAM: might add another stick later
Corsair 8Gb CMV8GX3M1A1600C11 CL11

GPU: i know you guys are prob going to tell me it's an overkill and too expensive but i need this computer to kickass for just two years so the 20% performance over like idk GTX 780 can be improtant
Gigabyte Geforce GTX780 OC Ti Windforce X3 3GB GDDR5

HardDrive: just a normal harddrive, 1TB, might bump it to 2
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3

SSD: not much to explain, i know the new z97 MOBOS support M.2 and this ssd doesnt but im not sure how long it will take for new SSDs that support this new PCIe to come out and if it will be worth it
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB SATA3 2.5 inch

so any way this is it, im planing to buy it in 2 weeks and every feedback is great.

thank you in advance :)
(btw sorry for my grammer, not my main lang)

In the case with the 4690k, it will be only 100 MHz faster than the 4670k, but will have better stock cooling. It's the i7 which will be most impacted by the Haswell refresh. So if you're getting the 4670k instead of the 4690k, then you should not miss out on much.

Nice build , but skimping on the PSU is a bad idea.

Get this one made by SEASONIC.

That will make a very nice system. However, that psu won't cut it. You are spending money on TOP quality parts for your gpu/mobo/cpu then a 'tier 4' psu

Tier four - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs. May not even output labeled power and fail standard ATX specifications slightly. May even use cheap components to meet a price

Even if it means dropping that SSD so you can afford it, you really should get a better PSU.

Get a better PSU, such as an XFX, Antec, or SeaSonic. If you wait a bit longer, you can get an i5-4690k or i7-4790k when they come out soon. Last I heard, the 4790k will be released next month and will have a 4.0 GHz base clock speed. Rumor has it that it can easily be overclocked to 5.0 GHz on air.

ok what about the same case but with this psu: Seasonic 750W Active PFC 80MM 4*Sata 8-pin?
it's 40$ above my budget but if it's better ill go with it.

and to SR-71 Blackbird:
the store im buying the pc from doesnt have those specific PSU but some there are some other ones such as the one i wrote before, and some better ones but they are (obviously) more expensive.

if this one also wont cut it i guess ill have to drop the SSD :( im not 12 years old i dont mind waiting another month before buying it, but moving my operating system from my hdd to the sdd sounds like alot of trouble :ange:

hm interesting, are those haswell refrash?
as i said i am planing on buying the computer in two weeks and my z97 motherboard should be able to use them(right?) so if the i5 4790K wont be much more expensive then the 4670k then i will def go for it :)
i heard the same thing about the i7 4790k, but it doesnt really affect me since i couldnt even fit the 4770K in my budget.

i was wondering about one thing though, i just saw the offical Watch Dogs spec requirements and couldnt believe that they want an i7 4770K to max the game, sounds like an overkill, buut if it's true maybe i should drop something else and make room for the i7 cpu. should i?

i could but the thing is watch dogs just got a poor to non PC optimization and future games wont be so CPU demanding, asking for one of the strongest CPUs on the market is outrageous, also DirectX12 is just around the corner (i tihnk it supports gtx 780ti but could be wrong) and it microsoft is braging that it should give CPUs 50% power boost, so combining this two (poor optimization + Dx12) would getting a Gtx 780 + i7 4770k still be better than Gtx 780ti + i5 4670k?

yeah i know but this specific PSU is somewhat cheaper then the others so i was wondering if this model specificly would cut it for my rig

cool so the rig i posted with the seasonic SS-750JS instead of the FPS RAIDER 650W will work well?
also do you think i should wait for the devils canyon CPU to come out (the i5 one) or just stick to the i5 4670k, im buying the computer in 2 weeks so i dont mind waiting a week or two more for devils canyon.
