I'm purchasing the NZXT Phantom 530 for my build, and this case supports the following fans:
I was going to leave the front as it is, and possibly the rear. Adding 2 200mm's on the top (specifically, these ones, and adding Corsair AF140 red led's on the side and possibly the back (not sure if I should just leave the one provided in or what for the back).
I would leave the bottom and interior clear (would remove the hdd cages for better airflow and the interior bracket attaches to the hdd cages so thats of no use to me anyway).
Can anyone advise me on:
- Should I leave the rear default fan in, or switch it for the corsair?
- Will the coolermaster 200mm's even be compatible on the top? I've read some stories on these forums about only NZXT ones being compatible for the NZXT Full tower cases, so I'm not sure if this refers to the 820 only or what? If it is compatible, within the next few months after my build, I'll probably replace the front too. Heard some great things about these coolermaster fans.
- Any better/cheaper 140mm fans you'd recommend for the side/back?
