Hey guys, so I've came to these forums a lot over past few months for answers but I never usually got my problem fixed. My problem first was that I would get Blue Screen Of Death randomly from playing games, to playing online games, to doing nothing. I reinstalled Windows and now instead of BSOD I just get random freezes where the laptop literally freezes and if there is any sound on while it freezes it will just stop and start buzzing and any USB attachments such as Keyboard will go out and I will have to manually restart.

Most of you said it was either overheating or a memory problem. I ran MEMTEST awhile back and got no problems. Then just 5 days ago the freezes stopped, on their own. I didn't change anything, didn't install anything, nothing. I was able to run my Laptop for over 24 hours for first time in MONTHS! I decided since my laptop seemed to be in shape again, I'd try running a game. So I installed GTA 4 and as soon as I did I was able to play for about 1 - 2 hours before I'd get the freeze again while playing except it would be a black screen. Then once I rebooted I started getting the normal freezes once again. Anyone please please please help me! It's not as easy as taking my laptop to the computer store as I am currently overseas.

The things I've tried

- Registry Cleaners
- Virus Scanners
- Driver Genius Pro
- Deleting useless things from all hard drives

The computer does not feel hot when the freezes happen and I cannot hear the fan rumble or act up either when they happen.

Yep, I used a Driver Checker and Updater to make sure everything was up to date. My video card, sound card, etc. is up to date. To my knowledge I have never got any hard drive errors and I've always defrag and use programs such as diskcleaner.
