Hi, i just bought a new comp and the motherboard runs my 1866Mhz at 1333Mhz by default.

CPU: i7 4790
Motherboard: Asus H97M-E (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H97ME/)
RAM: Crucial BLT2CP4G3D1869DT1TX0CEU Tactical 8GB Kit (4GBx2) (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-BLT2CP4G3D1869DT1TX0CEU-Ballistix-DDR3-1866-PC3-14900/dp/B0069OG1RM/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top)

As you can see there is no JEDEC for 1600Mhz.

With default NB(north bridge) frequency adjust according to ussage, if i set in UEFI RAM frequency to 1600Mhz the NB frequency stays at 4000Mhz which might overheat my motherboard and unnecesary energy consumption. I think this is because there is no JEDEC for 1600Mhz, i still haven't try with forcing 1866Mhz in bios cause im afraid of overheating the motherboard which doesn't have much heatsinks on.

I'm not keen on turning XMP on cause it interferes with i7 4790 Turbo i heard, but i might give it a try if you say it's fine.

What should i do, should i leave it at 1333Mhz so turbo and all Inter settings can run good or should i tweek it?

The FSB has been replaced with DMI sometime ( I don't remember when, you can google it). For the new intel cpu, the ratio 1:5 ( 1333mhz speed ) or 1:6 (1600mhz speed) will be fine. If you don't want to run 1866mhz, you can just let it run 1600mhz.

I notice your RAM run in single channel mode, you should install them in either #2/#4 slot or #1/#3, not in the #1/#2.

You can go to the BIOS memory section, then just enable the XMP profile let the RAM run at the 1866mhz, you will get better performance because the 4th gen. i7 like the high speed RAM.

That CPU-Z validation is from morning when i first booted up, i swaped the ram in correct slots so is running Dual channel now.

Do you think that running ram at 1866Mhz on a motherboard that have specifications of 1600Mhz would not damage the motherboard? Also the motherboard has no heatsinks around CPU cause it's micro ATX...

Forgot to mention FDR: DRAM ratio is 1:5, when i change RAM to 1600Mhz it was 1:6, what's the ideal ratio for my comp? i have no intentions of overclocking, the default turbo is fine for me.
