When I Maximize an app, my RocketDock is over the app and i don't want it to do that. How can i prevent that from happening?

So I have my windows 7 laptop and I made the whole thing look like a mac except the case. I did this by using a Mac OS X Mountain Lion theme for CustoPack. It includes a program called RocketDock. RocketDock is basically the same thing as the dock on a mac. But there's one problem with the RocketDock. The problem is whenever I maximize an app, my RocketDock is over the app. Not the whole thing but where it is at the bottom. I need to know if there's a way to have the app not go to the bottom where the RocketDock is when I maximize it.

That's not what I meant. I mean that I want the programs to leave a bit of space at the bottom for the rocketdock when maximized. Like I want it to do the same thing as a mac. Maximize the program and leave space at the bottom for the dock.
