Hi there,

Just bought two corsair AF120s and have successfully hooked one up. My issue is that I have used all of my 3-pin fan ports and can't hook it up. I've heard I can soundly plug it into a 4 pin, but am worried I might ah heck something up, considering my amount of experience in this kind of stuff. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but my Motherboard is an MSI H61M E33 (B3).
Thanks for your help in advance.

Hate to be a pain, but which one would be the four pin? And should I connect it into 3 of the four pins specifically?

Upon closer inspection it seems that your board only has 3 fan headers: 2 of the 3-pin ones for case fans and a single 4-pin for the fan on the CPU cooler. If all of these have been used, you'll need either a fan cable splitter or an 4-pin molex to fan header adapter to plug the fan directly to your power supply.
