2. Corsair CX600 or Seasonic S12II 520 which PSu is better ?
3. Which motherboard is better MSI H87M-G43, Gigabyte H87M-D3H or ASRock H87-Pro 4 ?

i5-4440 + 750 Ti if you intend to upgrade the video card in 2 or 3 years.

I have no idea about motherboard since I buy $100 to $150 systems that comes with everything included already.

It would help to post your total budget so that others here can recommend builds

What are you gonna use this PC for ?
