Question about the GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+

I'm considering this board for my new build. I've heard that some of the older versions had overheating among other problems, but the newer rev is supposed to have fixed that. I'm no expert, but I just want to make sure this is the latest (rev 4.0, I believe?) version before I even consider buying it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514

And also, if someone has any suggestions for other good boards within that price range, I wouldn't mind hearing about them.

I currently have this mobo and the Rev. 4.0 is the only one with the heatpipe between chipset heatsinks very easy to see it. This mobo is great with SLI, is extremely durable, and has Dolby audio that doesn't disappoint either!! Plus USB 3.0 and dual bios chips = Awesome.
