Looking to water cool my gtx 660

So Im getting into overclocking and stuff like that, but I dont know where to start. I'm currently looking to buy a ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid II-120, but I dont know if it has all the stuff I need in it.
If I cant watercool, I would also like to hear about this one, ARCTIC Accelero Twin Turbo III. I currently have stock cooling. I'm not sure if I can get anything under the budget range of 150, but anything under 250 is doable.

The hybrid is a complete kit, just finished reading the newegg reviews. As with the last one, the people that installed it properly got good results, and some not so smart people tried it in crazy configs and gave it a low score when it wouldn't work.

The Extreme is a little cheaper, even the new 4th version. For all intents and purposes it is on par with some of the custom coolers provided by vendors.

For me at least, it is the fun of trying, not necessarily the gain in gaming performance. Though a GTX560 is starting to show its age. (And for a first time at GPU overclocking, I would much rather start with an older card then the latest and greatest and break it)

Arctic Accelero Hybrid is effective, but a rather expensive solution. Previous version came with individual heatsinks and a fan shroud for the VRMs/Memory, this new one looks like it has large passive cooling plate for the VRMs and memory. Essentially a CPU water block for the GPU.

Running my GTX580 SLI off of a pair of the older version. Got to 900Mhz easily enough, and they don't go over 60c degrees under full load.

Aside from being very large, nothing wrong with the Extreme III, they used it recently in a Tom's article to get excellent performance out of an R290 as compared to the stock cooler.

So I should go for the Arctic Accelero Hybrid II? How much of an overclock would be possible on this? Also, does the Arctic Accelero Hybrid II have all the stuff required for a water cool?

personally, i would set the fans on max settings and see how much of an overclock you can get out of that card before water cooling it. imo, its just a waste of money putting $100+ cooler on a card that will only see a small oc.

I got an extra 75 mhz out of it so far.

How much of an oc will my card get before I reach the limits?

That varies by each individual GPU, as you increase voltage the temperature will rise, the better able you are to cool it the higher you can go in general terms. If you are hitting a thermal ceiling before a voltage ceiling then you have room for better cooling. If you have already maxed out on 'safe' voltage, then probably not much more.
