Well you can't argue that the 770 isn't a good card and the build is pretty good. It's not drastically over budget and most people wouldn't mind going a hundred dollars over a $1000 budget for a good build, so I gave him a suggestion.

Sorry I didn't even realise I left the RAM out. Just remove the SSD and stick in the cheapest 2x4 GB kit.
