Looks good to me but you really only need a i5 4670k for gaming and get retail version of windows not OEM. and it will run for ten years yah. but i doubt it will be maxing out any games in ten years no pc build from now will.

Nice build I would go for a power supply higher in wattage to allow future upgrades tho.

What future upgrades could he be doing that would require more power than 650 watts?

For instance adding another 770 in there when you feel your 770 can't cut through it and adding more until your death, and overclocking that i7 too that is

Wouldn't 650 watts still be enough for 2 770's in sli? I thought about that i figured 650watts would cover it.

Yeah 650 watts is enough for that rig, I'd go for the r9 290's at the 399 price tag at this time though - they're a steal.

It means once that Windows is installed it is locked to whatever motherboard and hard drive it was originally installed on so it can never be moved to another computer so say your motherboard or hard drive breaks you will have to buy a new OS. Thats why i always recommend the retail version even if it does cost a little more.

That's a great build except I would switch that GTX 770 to a 780. It is way better and thus will last longer. Also when you feel like it doesn't match up to the latest games you can always get another one and SLI. I also recommend getting a DVD Drive just in case. They cost next to nothing and you never know if you will need them. You should also get a CPU cooler like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. These 3 upgrades will cost just a little bit extra, but your PC will last a lot longer and be much better.

By little bit extra for the 780 and cooler that's like $200 extra so its kinda out of budget and ive heard that the 780 is for more than 1 monitor i only have 1 so its kinda overkill so i went with the 770 because it can play all games max settings.

780 is not a overkill. Lets take Watch_Dogs for an example. 770 can't maintain 60 fps on max settings but 780 can. How many years do you think 770 will last if it can't even max Watch_Dogs that was just released.

Perhaps its late response but are you aware what are you saying ? Watch Dogs is terrible optimized, try other games for exchange and you will get same performances most of the time.

"if can't even max WD"..proof how much you know and still replying.
