Hello , I have install a new gpu ASUS R7 260x OC on my computer DELL XPS 8300, No power to keyboard, mouse, or monitor signal when 6 pin is plunged in, all the fan is running.

■ I updated my motherboard BIOS to A06 and tried reset CMOS , resetting RAMS , re-plug every thing,Still doesn't work.

Motherboard: 0Y2MRG , i7 2600 , 16 GB RAM, 2TB , Win 7 ,
DELL 460Watt 12va-18a 12vb-16a 12vc-a8

Please help.

these are great news!, the xfx 550w is a best option! that psu is rock solid! seriously, the psu which come with pre built systems are lame!
hi there,so from what you post your psu has a combined 12v rails of 34A * 12v = 408w that should be enough for that gpu, which has 19A for the 12v rail and a 450W psu minimum as a recommendation. the thing is dell psu arent quality units and even they seem capable there arent to be trusted. i would suggest a psu upgrade since your pc doesnt respond after the gpu installation.(make sure the gpu is securely inserted into the pcie slot)
 


Agreed. It might be that the amperage/rail was measured using only a single rail at a time, making the PSU seem more powerful than it actually is.
