http://www.amazon.com/GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5-GeForce-256-bit...
vs
http://www.amazon.com/GeForce-DisplayPort-PCI-Express-G...

I know the Zotac one is 4gb vram, but it is 20 dollars more expensive. I use single monitor and at most 1080p. Also, I play games like maplestory and elsword. I know they do not use a lot of vrams. But, if I want futureproof or something, should I pick the Zotac.
Also, is the Zotac 4gb gtx 770 good? I never heard of the brands, and it is orange. But, if it perform better than the Asus one, I will choose that.
Thank You for helping me,

A 4GB vram on its own doesn't offer much performance increase over the 2GB model. You would see 1-5 fps increase. Only really get the 4GB model if you plan to SLI them.
Zotac aren't bad but the asus does look better.

I beg to differ. The asus is no doubt a better cooler (and it is clocked slightly higher, but you could always overclock yourself), but since you're talking about "future-proof", i'd most definitely go with the zotac. Even games that are around today can pull around 2GB (or almost) at 1080p, so in the future, 2GB could become a limitation.

If the OC is convincing you to get the asus, then believe me when I say that the increase in performance is hardly noticeable.

Yes, I would go for a 4GB version. It doesn't have to be the zotac, you can get it if you want - I just picked that 'cuz it was the cheapest I could find and it had a decent enough cooler.

Well as i know the gb is for the res like you have a 4k screen and you get 4gb or more gpu if you have 1920x1080 or 2560x1080 you get 2gb or 3gb correct me if i am wrong.

Oh, I use 1080p resolution the most, and I play low graphic games, like elsword and maplestory, not like BF4 or something like that.
So, u recommend I buy the Asus gtx 770 2gb?

Can I suggest you take a look at this, it's a pretty comprehensive comparison:
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/ZOTAC-GeForce-GTX-770-vs-ASUS-G...

But IMO, there is no real reason to choose one over the other. All cards follow the same basic design and have the same chip. Just go for one that's fairly good value and has decent reviews.

I've got a PNY GTX 770 and it runs a charm, never gets hot either!

I would say so, you really don't need 4GB when running at 1080p on 1 monitor.
4GB will only ever be used with upcoming games running at very very high resolutions, so for now I wouldn't bother. That card will play most games for years to come.
