My computer is very loud, I have 2 LED 120mm fans which use 3-pin fan connectors and I can have them at 50% - 100%. I also have a molex 120mm fan and 2x molex 90mm fans and I can't control these molex fans at all. I have a very quiet CPU cooler, no GPU and my PSU fan doesn't spin at all until it needs to and my PC is very loud. What should I do?

Get a manual fan controller. There are some nice ones that fit 5-1/4 bays, some digital ones have auto controls. Then take all the Molex fans off the psu and run them through that.

Get a fan controller to connect the fans to, then you can control their speeds.

Your best course of action would be to replace the fans with PWM ones (if your motherboard has 4 pin/PWM connectors) or quieter ones.

You could get a fan controller like the Bitfenix Recon which I use.

If you need a quieter fan to run at max speed all the time, look at the Noctua NF-F12 or S12-A fans

One other thing to consider. Some fans will simply not turn down to 50% or below. They will run max 12v, min 7v, and simply stutter at 5v, which is the 3 voltages on Molex connectors. Best advice, do some reading up on fans, my Noctua NF-F12 will spin at 16%, minimum.

Fans like Silverstone's AP(123 version is my favorite) fans and Noctua fans tend to under volt very well. If he ever need to look for some fans, those would be a good start.

I have my Noctua on my h-55 radiator, the stock h-55 fan as top exhaust, and the 2 stock cm fans as intakes. The only fan that turns below 50% is the Noctua, the 3 stock fans have a low limit of 60%, which would put them around 7v. Fortunately, at that setting, they are very, very quiet, and don't get loudish until they hit 80-85%, @1000-1100 rpm
