In the process of upgrading my existing build. Currently im running the following:

The next thing in the process will be the CPU and Mobo. I currently have 2 variations in mind but cant decide which. Its either AMD or Intel

I would go with the second one except for the fact that you have a non K cpu with a Z97 mobo. Go with the 4560K for maximum gaming results. I already own that mobo so I know it is amazing.

Yes, and also, next time you buy a GPU, don't get it from Sapphire. MSI or Asus are the best brands with the best cooling options.

Well, before Sapphire used to be a great OEM for the 5000-7000 series of gpus by AMD. That all stopped when the r7 and r9 series came out. Their cooling and color scheme was pretty bad so people started abandoning them. And now companies like Asus and MSI are on top because of superior cooling and great color schemes. I think they have a bad designer or something. Also, they're from China so their quality isn't as great as some major know OEMs
