The difference between 1866mhz and 1600mhz isn't that big. 8gb should be enough, you could go with 16 to be "safer." Also if you are considering intel cpu's, i7 4770k would get better performance than the fx-8350 for video editing.

I forgot to say that, i am on a 800€ budget.
I was wondering, do i need the 1866mhz or can i Go with 1600 mhz with out much perfomance difference? Is 8 gb enough or do i need more? Also i won't be doing any overclocking.

Thanks for replying
