My pc tower is size as; Dimensions
592mm x 265mm x 507mm
(23.3" x 10.4" x 20")
(would be ideal have a size little bit bigger than the minimums)
And I cannot find anything to place it in to use for transportation, any help will be appreciated.

Thank you!

I use the original box the pc came in if I need to move it long distances.
If you do not have the original box. you should go buy a moving box like from home depo or lowes or someplace available to you. Also purchase bubble wrap. Make sure the box is larger than an exact fit so you can wrap the case in bubble wrap. I would use at least 2 layers of bubble wrap.
Also just an FYI if you plan on moving it with the video card mounted inside make sure the mounting screws are tight as these are heavy and will shift.Find an anti static bag and cram it with bubble wrap and place inside the pc to make sure things wont shift during the move. Or remove the video card and pack it separate in its own box.

a box, a cases, backpack (highly doubt there's any backpack big enough)

Don't worry about budget since I didn't even managed to find one myself, so i'm willing to have a large budget.
