pc keeps rebooting at post...PLEASE HELP!!

Sometimes my power button would get stuck and my pc would restart itself and show a message such as " restoring bios from bios backup" and then it would boot normally....today the power button got stuck again but when it restarted itself it tried to boot normally but at the point where the istalled memory at the post will apear....the pc will restart .....i have tried removing gpu, clearing the bios, remove all the peripherials, inserting one ram at time, even removing power and restart switch and manually sorting the pins for the pc to boot....nothing helped...:(....any help woold be apprenticeted.....my pc specs are
cpu: intel core i5 650
Ram 6gb 1333mhz kingstone
Mobo: gigabyte ga-h55m-s2h
Psu: solitech 500w
Gpu : saphhire radeon 7770

it has something called "dual" bios but you can not trigger this function mannually....and many times in tha past it has helped me.....but not this time....i also cant't flah the bios with Qflash(a.k.a with a usb with the bios update inside)

I had a similar issue, could not get past bios, then could not get past POST.

After going through all the normal, removing hardware etc. I tried replacing the BIOS battery, it did the trick funny enough. (I had no symptoms of a dead bios battery, such as time/date resets, just booting issues at BIOS.)

There cheap so worth a shot, good luck!
