As long as it's on the same computer, then yes, you can reinstall using the key. OEM licenses are for the machine they came pre-installed on only.

Not sure if your 'Burned disk' will be of much use, unless it's a Recovery Drive/set of disks as created by Windows, in which case you won't need your Product key. Meanwhile the Key is linked to your machine and as such can be used to re-install Windows, but you may need to use Telephone Activation to Activate Windows once installed.
