I also have a generic IBUYPOWER 800 watt power supply that seems to work well.

I'd like to be able to run games at the highest settings without any problems. I play SWTOR, Bioshock Infinite, WOT, War Thunder, and FFXIV.

I can either get a new computer or upgrade the one I have. If there isn't much room for upgrading on my current computer, I'll get a new one.

What are you guys' suggestions?

A graphics card upgrade would do wonders.
Rd290 R9290x R9 280x
Gtx 770, Gtx 780 or 780Ti depending on budget

The power supply really need upgraded to a 650 watt seasonic, xfx or corsair ax or hx series.

You could get a few more frames per second with the new card in a new intel machine or an upgrade to a FX6350 processor with a higher clock speed or overclock your 1100t a bit.
A graphics card will give a large performance boost in games.
A new build or processor upgrade will improve performance a little more with the same video card.

Which video card do you suggest and which power supply? I'm getting specific since I'm not a hardware guru :D

All of the power supplies I listed are made by seasonic. Cant go wrong buying them.
The rest depends on budget.

I would upgrade your graphics card first and then your CPU to an FX 8320.
