the first one is a dual channel kit of 2 x 2 gig and the other is a single 4 gig module they will work as a single channel i would get 2 other 2x2 one or buy a dual 4 gig kit to avoid issue in the system .

You can try, there's no guarantee, even with the same exact model of sticks it can be and often is problematic, with a single package of DRAM you have sticks that are tested to all work together
