as described in the title, also, i have an asus gtx 760, will this descrease fps ?

Nope! In some cases it may drop ~2-5 at MOST. That is the setup I use, 1080p primary, 1600x900 secondary on a 760.

The card is good enough to run just about any game above 100 frames. So even if there is an FPS decrease, you won't be able to tell. I'm pretty sure as long as the game is played on one monitor, there is no fps decrease in game. Running another monitor will add very minimal lag, you won't be able to tell the difference, though.
