I was wondering if this graphics card would fit in the case of the build? (The graphics card in the build)

Your case's maximum supported GPU length is 360mm
That asus is 272mm so you're fine.

I'd switch the PSU to the Antec HCG320M $59.99
Made by Seasonic, arguably the best PSU maker in the industry. 620W is more than enough, [strike]unless you think you will go SLI in the future[/strike] (can't do SLI with this motherboard so nevermind). That CX you are looking at is ok, but not meant for high end systems, especially if you plan to overclock.

What CPU are you using btw? If you are getting a 'k' cpu, I'd recommend a better motherboard for overclocking. Even at the expense of dropping that SSD if you are on a tight budget. That would be personal preference, some may disagree.

And finally, get two sticks of 4Gb instead of one stick of 8Gb so you can run in dual channel mode. It is much faster.
