i'm plan to downgrade my 2133mhz (9-11-10-28) to 1866mhz

im confused to set the timing ... how about 9-9-9-24 it's possible.?

Try it and see. Nobody can know without testing what your particular modules can perform at. If the RAM can't run at those timings, the worst you may be faced with is having to reset your CMOS to defaults. Might be a good idea to go through BIOS and write down all of the important stuff, in case you have to reset anything and don't have your settings memorized.

Another option you might consider would be to download and run a utility such as CPU-Z:

On the SPD page of CPU-Z, it will list what timings the factory would have auto-set for various memory speed settings.
