hmn, those aren't even the same socket, not to mention the same cpu brand.
sorry but i cannot open your link, but based on experience, i like asrock (or asus or gigabyte) more. Those from branded pc's... not so much. they too limited. but that is just my opinion. i always build my own so i only see those (like dells') at the office
