Picking a mobo

So I'm also got all the parts for my first gaming pc. But I've gotten stuck on picking motherboards. Ive chosen between these two and I want to know which is better.

The ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 vs Asus M5A78L-M/USB3. Which one is better or are they about equal.

I'll be sticking an amd FX 8320 in for the cpu. And 16gb ddr3 1333 ram

So please help me on the motherboards. Thanks!!

Sadly i can't find the Evo anywhere :(. Also i think its a bit out of my price range. So can anyone tell me if the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 will be a good replace. I might like to OC in the future.

There is a heatsink on the VRMs, so you should be able to get a reasonable overclock. Make sure to get a good aftermarket heatsink, that CPU will produce a fair amount of heat at stock. If budget is a concern, you can't beat the Hyper 212 EVO.
