Every time I try to run shadow play manually to record my desktop, my screen goes black for 3 seconds and then windows aero crashes. GeForce Experience will disappear from my task bar, but the desktop will still record (without showing the green circle).

When I log off my account and log back on, Ill find the recording in the appropriate folder, up to the point where I logged off. I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to why this happened and if theres any way I could get this working normally for me. Thanks!
