I had to RMA my PNY GTX 770 2GB. Some VRM issue. It had to go. I may have given PNY the benefit of the doubt...They made a good 8800GTX....But I got a deal on the EVGA GTX 780 SC/ACX. Is the packing really tht bad or did i just get shafted with shipping. My HD 6870 has a better BOX. And No Anti Static Bag...Never get anything of Amazon.com for your PC. Unless it is a USB cable or something. I reinstalled EVGA X and I cannot get the Fan to ramp down below 39%...The yellow line is by default at 39%..Also no framerate option in OSD...hmm. I have not tried a game yet. I just wanted to see if it worked before I put it in my new setup tomorrow. so let me know about the packing and the EVGAX

I wouldn't be too worried about the packing, look forward to the card. People do get issues sometimes with products, it's the luck (not really luck, but you know what i mean) of the draw really.

It works so far. I guess EVGA is OK with is Overvolting. The only info I could find was if physical damage is done to the card then that Viods the warranty which is why I was so upset with the packing. The box it came in from Amzazon.com ....Was had n foam or anything. I still can't believe that is how they ship a highend PC Graphics card. Next I will buy of Newegg.ca or bestbuy.ca as I have had very good experience with their shipping. Midn you it is much more expensive to buy PC parts from Canadian retailers but I would gladly pay 599.99 +15% tax plus $20 shipping vs $503 to get the product here in one piece.

Yeah, packaging sounds poor, Most of the time it is in foam, but it really depends on the type.
