Hello. I know this question has been asked several times, but I am not going to talk about their D14 and Silverarrow series.

But the Archon and U14S. These are two of the best compact CPU Air Coolers for overclocking, but I don't know which one to get. So any suggestions?

This is totally based on opinions.

More about : cpu air cooler noctua u14s thermalright archon

Noctua, reviewed as the quietest and one of the best around for low profile coolers, get the NH-U14S, won't disappoint. Toms hardware reviewed several low profile CPU coolers, and this was the one they recommended. (Don't have it handy but easily searched)

Thanks. But anyways, do you know any other coolers like this that has similar cooling, but greater price?

Those products are not compact. The Noctua NH-U14S is the shorter of the two, standing at 165mm tall. I think the Archon SB-E is just above 170mm. (Or did you mean thin?)

Both of these coolers were showcased in a review on this site, when trying to show how much cooling it takes to conquer Haswell. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-heat-sink-hasw...

The Thermalright Archon SB-E X2 edged out in raw performance, a degree behind the Phanteks PH-TC14PE, but three degrees ahead of the NH-U14S. The Noctua ended up winning the whole round-up, though, because it was four decibels quieter, and five dollars cheaper.

I managed to find the Thermalright Archon SB-E X2 on sale, so I nabbed it. I'm really happy with it. One may consider them roughly equal, although if you're worried about raw performance I would nudge you toward the Thermalright.

Probably midrange. Anyways, I saw some coolers, like Thermalright True Spirit 140. Do you think they're good?

cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is best in it's price range, may be a bit big but check it out.
