Cabinet fan installation

Hi
I have a old HP cabinet . I has a case fan already installed in the back , other fans are of CPU,PSU and GPU
I want to install another 80 mm fan on the cabinet side panel
Please tell me wether it should blow air in the cabinet or blow air out of the cabinet , i know the case fan blows out the air from the cabinet, but need to know what to do with a new fan

on pc have the fans on the front of the case pull air in and ones on the back out. if the fan on a side panel. I have that one pull air in as it going to blow colder air over the gpu and cpu.

Thanks , was confused about this as my cabinet is old one (2007) model , so it dosent have a fan in the front to suck in air , thats why i wanted an extra fan to keep the system cool . I hope dust dosent come in too much
