Can a 13 years old build a gaming computer? (Below $500 build)

So I'm a 13 years old girl and want to build a computer. Is it hard? I read that it's quite easy is it true?Maybe I can ask my father help. And if it's easy what build do you suggest for below $500? I'm from Indonesia so please suggest me store that has international branch or international shipping. It doesn't have to be the best or anything. Just to run new game on medium (if can) or even low setting. The budget doesn't include mouse, keyboard,etc. I read that the most important thing is the gpu? So if can please include 2 gb video card?(Sorry if it's wrong) Sorry for my English, English is not my native language. And I would like to have wi-fi.

Does that budget include the mouse, keyboard, monitor, and operating system? What is your budget in your local currency?

Depends if you need a monitor , keyboard , mouse and a windows DVD .
No worries it's not hard at all

And your english is better than mine to be honest , it's not my native language either ^^

Imagine building pc is just like playing lego with screws, just be careful when putting the CPU into the socket and remember to work on an anti-static place, everything else is simple assuming you don't try to force anything incorrectly
