Assuming you are in the US, some popular boutique builders include; Falcon Northwest, Origin PC, XoticPC, CyberPowerPC, iBuyPower, MainGear and a few others. One thing of note about boutique builders, the less expensive ones seem to have a much greater amount of complaints than the pricier ones so don't let price be your only deciding factor. Many have their own forums, you might check those out also for what kind of problems their customers are reporting and how the builder responds to those.
If I were to say a "best", I think Origin PC or Falcon Northwest or... okay, I can't really declare a "best", I'll leave that to you
