I have an overclocked AMD FX 8320 on a Hyper 212 Cooler. I am getting some relatively high temps and I am looking forward on thermal paste based on a budget. I selected three of them and I want to know which one is best and I heard one of these comes with a thermal paste cleaner included. They are :

So kindly help me in choosing the best one. My current CPU temp at load is around 68c and I think I used too much TIM at the beginning. Thanks.

Don't take my word for gospel because I've used any of those pastes - I'm a new builder.

I have read that the Arctic Silver is among the best performing thermal paste to buy.

When you reapply new thermal paste, after thoroughly cleaning the old stuff off, the temperature might even improve in that scenario. This will depend on how old the previous paste was in the first place and if it was stock paste or not, which I assume it was. The 212 Evo is a good budget cooler, from what I have read, so because it is a budget cooler I expect that the thermal paste isn't very good

Depending on your budget you could always upgrade the fan as well, but I've heard that adding a second fan for a push-pull configuration doesn't help much on the 212 Evo.

Arctic Silver 5 is an oldie, but goodie. It still performs solidly, but many people have left it by the wayside in favor of the newer thermal compounds that are non-capacitive, and do not have a cure time. That said, Arctic Silver Ceramique 2 is just that.

Arctic Cooling MX-4 is my preferred brand, and usually performs just a smidge better.

Honestly, though, any quality thermal compound operates within just a couple degrees of one another. Pick one, be happy, and don't look back.
