Firstly, I'm on a super-tight budget. This is the max I can get.

I need suggestions regarding these specs:

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M-USB3
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/

Processor: AMD FX-Series FX 6300

GPU: Asus Radeon HD7770 1GB DDR5

RAM: 6GB (3 X 2GB) DDR3 1600MHz

Monitor Resolution : 1600×900

1. Would this machine be GTA V ready?
( I know it's not out yet but I certainly want to know whether this can handle it )

2. When would this machine become obsolete for gaming?
( in years )

3. Settings for latest Games:
Settings for older Games:
(eg. Low/High/Ultra)

Thank you in advance.

It's extremely difficult to tell whether or not your machine will be able to play GTA5 as there is literally nothing to apply a basis for specs on. I would be very surprised, however, if the game wasn't playable on a 7770.

Obsolete? Again a very tricky one. If you're content playing games on low-medium then the 7770 should last you a good few years, especially at sub-1080p.

Settings for latest games, you should be able to expect your machine to run most games comfortably at medium-high settings, but you may find that the 1gb of VRAM may be a bit of a limiting factor for some newer titles.

You should be good to go! If you at any stage want to boost the graphics capability of your machine the 7770 can be easily upgraded.

The CPU is good. For a GPU I would recommend buying a GTX 750 Ti instead, it is better and in the same price range. And I would try to go with at least 8 GB of RAM. You would most likely be able to play GTA V fine with no problems, I cannot accurately predict though considering the game is not out yet as much as I want it to be. It should be able to last playing multiplatform games that are on console as well as long as that is. You will be able to play games like Battlefield 4 at high-ultra. Anything older would run smooth as well.
